Scotts Addition is a neighborhood undergoing fundamental change at a pace as fast as any in Richmond.
Located at the NW corner of Broad Street and the Boulevard, Scotts Addition is easily the most strategically located in all of Richmond as it borders The Fan and Museum District, the Near West End, Northside; it sits across from the Diamond and within one click of the light from the I95/I64/Powhite Parkway union meaning that all of Richmond is within a 15-20 minute drive.
Currently, Scotts Addition is transitioning from a 1930’s-1960’s era functionally obsolete warehouse district to a historically renovated mixed-use residential area full of apartments, some condos and micro-breweries, small cafes and other retail shops.
There is little for sale in the neighborhood currently other than the occasional row home and/or condo at the Summit Lofts.
