“A Progressive Southern Firm”
I believe in marketing and I believe that few Realtors bring even the most basic marketing skills to the table.
When we founded One South Realty, it was based on a premise that we would be a progressive…yet Southern….real estate brokerage firm whose goal was to attract quality properties and agents, create visually attractive marketing materials and employ progressive techniques to deliver them. It was also our goal to draw on design techniques from larger markets and employ them within the confines of our City’s way. We understand and speak “Richmond” but also believe that good ideas and progressive techniques can come from anywhere. We were not afraid to challenge “the way it has always been done” nor were we were not afraid to embrace contemporary/modern design and architecture or the emerging neighborhoods of Downtown as they all deserve a place in Richmond’s conversations.
It worked.
Since January of 2008, we have grown to over 30 agents, represented close to 20 different development projects in multiple neighborhoods and officially added a commercial division that has already brokered several signature sales. We have also been asked to present to Eric Cantor for the RAR, speak at the Downtown Development Forum and help plan and guide the inaugural Downtown Loft Tour.
StudioSavvy Design and Big Tree Graphics have been instrumental in design of our collateral/print materials and The Hodges Partnership and Floricane have helped us form a corporate voice and identity.
